The coalition is open to any Malaysian institution committed to the workforce of 2028. Onboarding takes 2 weeks. The application is reviewed by the secretariat and confirmed at the next monthly coalition meeting.
Founding tier closes when the cap is reached — currently 14 of 14 founding partners have been confirmed. Strategic and network tiers are accepting applications.
For ministries and government agencies: Direct partnership inquiries can be routed via NAIO. Reach out to the secretariat for the formal pathway.
